I stand alone on the world I've got...

On the way to church a couple of weeks ago Rome and I were discussing who might be in his class and what they would do. This is the conversation that followed.

R: I hope we sing my new favorite song.

Me: What is it?

R: You know, I stand alone on the world I’ve got?

Me: No, I don’t think I know that one

R: Yes, you do

Me: Well, just sing it for me and maybe I will remember

R: Ok, - and he belts out - the B-I-B-L-E, yes that’s the book for me, I stand alone on the world I’ve got

Me: I just bust out laughing and say Rome, the words are "I stand alone on the Word of God"

R: With a look of confusion on his face and then a huge grin to which he replies: oh, I thought it was I stand alone on the world I’ve got because, you know I can stand alone without you and daddy

Me: Yes, you can
